Fake it and you’ll never make it – Dolce Ga China 😎
Here another experimentation of Chinese dress. I thought that the dress comes in full length like I like, but unfortunately it didn’t went so. I decided, that I will ask my seamstress lady to add lining there + some extension, because I like to wipe all the floors 😎. But I will do it some other time. For those late summer days the dress is okay to wear in original fashion too. The bunny print is really nice, too bad, that I wear fake and the quality is also quite poor and cheap looking, but generally it’s a lovely dress. The belt is from Massimo Dutti and welder’s glasses from Zara, new collection. The photos were in jar within two minutes, because the mosquitoes were very hungry 😬
Don’t look down
I haven’t been so scared as hell in a long time.. I planned a photo session with this amazing vintage summer dress by the Keila waterfall and on the suspension bridge there.. but it’s a total nightmare for me when water shows through the planks of the bridge and I hate high places..
But here I wear – Zara snails belt, Zara large snail necklace, Zara ring pack, vintage dress and leather bag from the secret source and Zara wedges.
The wolf dress
My partner picked a tarot card a while ago that said he would meet a wolf-woman who would guide him and lead the right way. I thought, who could this mysterious wolf-woman be and where could he meet her.. But then I realized that this woman is me – I have a wolf-dress waiting to be worn and actually the picture resembles the wolf of the tarot cards.

So, how did I get this dress.. I got so excited about ordering the dresses from AliExpress China that I also ordered a dress of the same cut I already have many with a wolf print. Afterwards, I thought that I probably won’t wear it, that maybe I will re-sell. I was afraid that I’m too “grey mouse” to wear such an overly bright dress and that it looks strange on me, like a walking photo wallpaper. But for some reason, this terribly large and bright print looks quite modest. Maybe just not in this light..
Beautiful creatures 🐌🐌🐌
I had planned to do this post by the sea, as snails are sea creatures, but as my photographer’s back was hurting again, we looked for an alternative location closer to home.
The snail shell necklace is made from real snails and I got it from a recycling center and the bag is ordered from China. The scarf I wear on my head is Etro vintage. Everything else here – the dress, leather belt and wedges are from Zara.
H&M Long flounced dress Light green/Patterned
Categorized as everyday fashion, but I would wear it also on more festive events.
This small summer bag is also from H&M. Really lovely.
And I’m wearing wellies in the fear of ticks.
I wear a lot of patterns. Many style conscious women think that your personality is lost when you wear patterns because people don’t notice you. Clothing should support your personality and highlight your good qualities. Someone wise once said that if people remember your outfit and not you, then things are wrong. I find that colorful clothes make my personality more interesting and I like to be modest. It’s good if the clothes and patterns are noticed first and then me. I like to hide a little in the background.
Ananas Republic + Tommy Hilfiger
Huuh.. this amazing jumpsuit has spent years in someone’s basement as it had really vinted scent. But that makes this forgotten beauty with the history unknown extra interesting for me. Sometimes I even compete with my girlfriend to find the ugliest rag to wear, because we like swingy (weird 🙄) clothes, but this one I actually like..
I combined the jumpsuit with very basic half-moon bag and wedges from Tommy Hilfiger and the belt is from Massimo Dutti.
The funny thing is, that the size was stated L for the jumpsuit on my secret vintage site, but I usually wear XS-S and it doesn’t feel so big 😐
